Our rates apply for the complete house.
You book a minimum of 2 nights and during the high season (July and August) for 3 nights.

WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

CHECK IN / OUT
check in on the arrival date from 5 pm onwards
check out before 11 am on departure date
SECURITY DEPOSIT / CLEANING
A deposit of € 250.00 cash is charged at arrival. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 5 days of your departure, subject to deduction of any charges for damage or breakage and subject to deduction of the cost of cleaning (€100.00 – from 2025 onwards this will be €150.00).
CANCELLING
Cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival date: free!
Cancellation less than 1 month to 7 days before the arrival date: full amount with a maximum of € 900 will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: the full amount will be charged.
