Our rates are for the complete house.
All amounts include VAT 12%.
You book minimum for 2 nights and during high season (July and August) for 3 nights.

WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
ON REQUEST
CHECK IN / OUT
check-in on arrival date between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
check-out on departure date between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
SECURITY DEPOSIT / CLEANING
A deposit of € 250.00 cash is charged at arrival. You must pay these in cash!
The deposit will be returned to your account within 5 days of your departure, subject to deduction of any expenses in case of damage or breakage and subject to deduction of the cost of cleaning (€150.00).
CANCELLING
Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival date: free of charge!
Cancellation less than 3 months before arrival date: full amount will be charged.
