Our rates apply for the complete house.
You book a minimum of 2 nights and during the high season (July and August) for 3 nights.

CHECK IN / OUT
check in on the arrival date from 5 pm onwards
check out before 11 am on departure date
SECURITY DEPOSIT / CLEANING
A deposit of € 250.00 cash is charged at arrival. he deposit will be refunded to your account within 5 days after your departure, subject to deduction of any costs in case of damage or breakageand subject to deduction of the costs for cleaning (€ 100.00).
CANCELLATION
Cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival date: free!
Cancellation less than 1 month to 7 days before the arrival date: full amount with a maximum of € 900 will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: the full amount will be charged.
